Welcome to the property owners' association in Bent Tree, a residential subdivision in northern El Paso County, Colorado, three miles east of Monument. The Bent Tree Property Owners Association (BTPOA for short) is operated by Bent Tree residents volunteering from their homes. We do not have a physical office with a street address. The mailing address is P.O. Box 2631, Monument, CO, 80132-2631. Annual Property Owners Meeting The 2018 Annual Property Owners Association meeting will be held on September 13th 2018 from 6:30 to 8:30pm at the Tri-Lakes YMCA, located at 17250 Jackson Creek Parkway, Monument CO. You can find a copy of the Annual Meeting Agenda here. You can find DRAFT versions of the proposed Covenant changes to be discussed at the above meeting here. DRAFT Proposed Covenant Canges The next board meeting will be on Tuesday October 9th 2018 at 6:30pm at the Monument Sanitation District Boardroom, located at 130 2nd St, Monument, CO. The next three meeting dates are October 9th 2018, November 13th 2018 and December 11th. The directory has been updated and is up to date as of April 2018. The board of directors generally meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm, at the Monument Sanitation District board room, 130 Second St., Monument. As noted above, there will be no May meeting and the September meeting will be held one week earlier to space it out from the annual membership meeting. If you want to attend a board meeting, please contact a board member to confirm the meeting.
