How to Update the Directory


Please email the following information to board@btpoa.net.  You may want to print this page to use as a checklist.

Core items
Name, as you would like for it to appear (e.g., K Wayne and Rae Jean Claybaugh; this is particularly important if the property is owned by a corporation or trust with a name that we cannot decipher.)
Mailing address, only if different than the lot location.
Lot Number and/or address

Optional items
Alternate listing (e.g., couples with different last names and adults living with you.)
Family members (assumed to be children unless you specify otherwise)
Phone numbers (identify each and provide number, e.g., Jerry's cell, 123-4567)
Email addresses (identify each and provide address)
Pets (3 data fields: name, what, and description)
