Board of Directors’ Meeting Minutes

August 16, 2016

Monument Sanitation Board Meeting Room

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Greg Davis, at 6:54 PM.

Board Members present: Greg Davis, Matt Dunston, Deb Guillan & Mark Weidner

Brandon Ware’s Absence were Excused.

Approval of the Agenda: Matt motioned to approve the agenda. Seconded by Mark, and approved unanimously.

ACC Report: Matt reported the Boldmere home site is approved. Drainage concerns have been addressed.

Committee Reports:

Beautification, Trails & Roads: Deb Guillan reported the lower trails have had damage due to recent rains. She requested to have Dole repair them during the next month. This will be minimal cost and within the 2016 budget limits.

Communications: No update

Covenant Compliance: Mark reported this month has been busy. He is addressing multiple complaints and concerns. He has also met with neighbors on various concerns.

Engineering and Water Augmentation: Matt reported the water cards are being returned in good numbers.

Forest Management: No Report.

Neighborhood Watch: No report.

Welcoming: Greg read Chuck’s report of one visit and two follow up visits to deliver Bird Houses.

Board meeting minutes: June and July’s Board Meeting Minutes were approved.

Review proposal for Trail Work: No Update.

Treasurers Report: A Motion to pay theAugust bills was made by Greg. Seconded by Matt. Unanimous approval.

Future Meeting Schedule: Regular Board Meetings (3^rd Tuesday, 6:30 P.M., Monument Sanitation District): July 19^th, August16^th. September 13^th, October 18^th.

Homeowners Meeting-September 22^nd.
