Board of Directors’ Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Greg Davis, at 6:40 PM.

Board Members present: Greg Davis, Matt Dunston, Mark Weidner

Deb Guillan and Brandon Ware’s Absence were Excused.

Approval of the Agenda: The motion was seconded by Mark, and approved unanimously.

ACC Report: Matt reported a new build was approved on Boldmere. He will contact homeowner concerning a landscaping submission. Concerns over view blockage will be addressed with a plan.

Committee Reports:

Beautification, Trails & Roads: No Report

Communications: No update

Covenant Compliance: Mark is working on one ongoing complaint.

Engineering and Water Augmentation: Renae Pollock has been working with Marla on the water cards input for the November Water Report.

Forest Management: No Report.

Neighborhood Watch: No report.

Welcoming: No Report

Board meeting minutes: Tabled for the August meeting.

Review proposal for Trail Work: No Update.

Treasurers Report: A Motion to pay the bills due in June was made by Matt Dunston. Seconded by Mark. Unanimous approval.

Future Meeting Schedule: Regular Board Meetings (3^rd Tuesday, 6:30 P.M., Monument Sanitation District): July 19^th, August16^th. September 13^th, October 18^th.

Homeowners Meeting-September 22^nd.
