ACC Meeting Minutes May 4, 2016

  1) A re-roof at 17335 Colonial Park Dr. was approved.
  2) A resident requested information regarding fenced-in dog runs and where they may be approved within their property. It was explained to the applicant that such structures are generally to be out of sight, generally located to the rear of the house and discreetly positioned as it pertains to visibility of adjacent properties. It was also explained that ACC approval was required before any such fencing should be built.
