ACC Meeting Minutes December 2, 2015

  1) The November 4 meeting was canceled because there were no new items.
  2)  A resident asked if ACC approval was necessary for kitchen remodels. It was explained that it is not necessary, but we do appreciate being made aware of the project in case neighbors inquire about construction activity, parking, etc.
  3)  The ACC discussed the various applications of privacy fencing for screening vehicles etc.
