Board of Directors’ Meeting Minutes

Monument Sanitation District Office, 130 2^nd St., Monument

Meeting called to order by Greg Davis at 6:33 pm

Board members: Greg Davis-President, Patrick Quinlan-Vice President, Matt Dunston-Treasurer, Chuck Loeffler-Director, Deb Guillan-Secretary. No Absences

Approval of the agenda-Matt made the motion to accept the Agenda. Seconded by Chuck. Unanimous Approval.

ACC Report-Mat gave report. Briese Construction New Build is completed.

Committee Reports, if any

Beautification, Trails & Roads: Deb made a request to know budget for this committee for 2015.

Communications-Greg Davis reported that Marla is training on the BentTree systems.

Covenant Compliance: Matt reported that CCC committee is working on parking issues.

Engineering & Water Augmentation:  Chuck reported that Marla, Bob & Chuck will meet.

Forest Management-No Report

Neighborhood Watch: No report.

Record Keeping-No Report.

Welcoming: Chuck reported welcoming one new resident on Ambergate. He followed up with 4 new residents & delivered bird nest boxes. Six listings active in Bent Tree at this time.

February Budget Meeting-Planning & discussion for the budget meeting.

Board Meeting Minutes Review-November Board meeting meetings presented for approval. Chuck made a motion to approve. Patrick seconded. Unanimous Approval. December Board meeting minutes presented for approval. Matt made a motion to accept. Seconded by Greg. Unanimous Approval.

Treasurers Report-Matt presented the outstanding bills for January. He indicated 80% of the yearly fees have been paid. A motion to pay all of the outstanding bills was made by Gregg. Seconded by Patrick. Unanimous Approval.

The 2015Bent Tree Budget & Reserve Study was presented by Greg Davis. Items discussed were the surplus from the 2014 budget, the cost and longevity for the life of the monument upgrade on Lower Colonial Park. Forty years is the projected life span for a monument. Noted that Queensmere created in 2000, Charter Pines in 1994, Colonial Park and Viscount 2000 and lower Colonial Park in 2000.

Other concerns and needed budget items being Trail Reconstruction.

Future Meeting Schedule: Annual Budget Meeting: February 19^th, 6:30 PM-Location to be determined.

Regular board meetings (3^rd Tuesday, 6:30 pm, Monument Sanitation District): Jan. 20^th, Feb. 17th, Mar. 17, April 21^st, May 19^th, June16^th. July 21^st.

A Motion to Adjourn, made by Deb. Seconded by Chuck. Unanimous Approval.
