ACC meeting minutes June 12, 2014

1)                  Mark, Ron, and Duane Fitch.  Duane agreed to be a non-voting member of the ACC.  We met at Village Inn.

2)                  Lot 8, 17730 Merryhill Court.   Application to replace wood shake roof with asbestos shingles.  Application was approved as submitted.

3)                  Lot 7, 17740 Merryhill Court.  Application to remove 48 trees as suggested by forest service.  Application was approved as submitted. 

4)                  Discussed parking in the neighborhood and if outside parking was increasing.
