ACC meeting minutes May 7, 2014

1)                  There were no minutes from February, March, or April since there was no new business.  The ACC met at the Village Inn but no business was discussed.

2)                  On May 7 Mark and Ron met at Mark's house

3)                  Lot 121, 17135 Colonial Park Drive,  Application to install House Hydrant system for wildfire mitigation.   Application was approved as submitted.

4)                  Lot 80, 17375 Colonial Pines Drive, Application for new roof, paint house and screen car.  Application was approved as submitted.  The car screen will be done at a later date.
