SPECIAL MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S

TRI LAKES FIRE STATION, HWY 105, MONUMENT, COLORADO

The meeting was called to order by John Heiser at 6:04 pm. In attendance were Matt Dunston, John Heiser, Patrick Quinlan, (existing Board members) Greg Davis and Deb Guillan (newly elected Board members). Also in attendance were Duane Fitch, Jane King, and Jim Maser from the Covenant Compliance Committee, along with homeowners Chez and Cheryl Marshall, Jim Rios, Tim McLaughlin, and Chuck Loeffler.

A presentation with a information packet was made by the Covenant Compliance Committee.

A motion was made by Matt Dunston with a second by Patrick Quinlan that before the Covenant Compliance Committee sends any letters or communication with at least a two week notice, to homeowners of Bent Tree, the Board will approve or not these notices. The motion was passed with 4 Board members approving and one abstention. Greg Davis motioned that the two week notice be added with a second by Deb Guillan.

A motion by Matt Dunston to have Steve Label, Bent Tree attorney, at the next Board meeting on October 8, 2013 was seconded by Deb Guillan and approved by a vote of 4 in favor and one abstention.

Greg Davis made motion to adjourn with a second from Matt Dunston and was unanimously approved.
