ACC meeting minutes September 4, 2013

1)                  Mark and Ron at the Village Inn in Monument. 

2)                   Lot #79, 17415 Charter Pines Drive, change driveway from asphalt to concrete.  Approved as submitted

3)                   Lot #53, 17845 Barrington Ct.,  Replace existing decks, new decks will be larger.  Approved as submitted.

4)                   Lot #18, 17720 Barrington Ct.  Approve original application for tree mitigation.  Property was visited by ACC and also advised by Tri-Lakes fire dept.

5)                  Lot #61, 850 Pebble Creek Ct., Previously approved for a fence but want to put in earthen berm instead.  Approved as submitted.
