BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING MINUTES

JULY 9^th, 2013

MONUMENT SANITATION DISTRICT OFFICE, 130 2ND ST., MONUMENT, COLORADO

Meeting was called to order by John Heiser at 6:05 PM.

In attendance were John Heiser, Duane Fitch, Wayne Claybaugh, Patrick Quinlan, Leslie Velez, Mark Weidner, Matt Dunston, Bo Jordan, Christian Hill, Mark Worthy and Debra Worthy.

Agenda for meeting was approved with motion unanimously by Duane Fitch and second by Patrick Quinlan.

Minutes for the June 11th meeting were approved unanimously with motion by Duane Fitch and second by Wayne Claybaugh.

Bo Jordan of the Chair of Forest Management said the $1,500.00 for Publication of Forest Mitigation booklet was delayed but in progress. There was a Contractor Tree Removal list list included with a recommendation that tree limbs be trimmed to 10' to 15'.

Leslie Velez of the Trail Beautification Committee asked for help in trimming branches on the trails.

She also presented an invoice from a Cut Above Landscaping for $2,025.00 which included $1,500.00 rock installation, $400.00 mowing, and $125.00 for weed killer. Also there will be a $300.00 charge for each time entrances are mowed.

Treasurer's report included invoices from Mandi Roehrich for $138.04 and $678.00 for reports and mailings, $300.00 for mowing, $35.31 attorney fees. Duane Fitch said there would be a new format for billings to be worked out with Jane King of the Covenant Compliance Committee.

The Board went into executive session to discuss a legal matter and went out of executive session by a motion from Patrick Quinlan and second by John Heiser.
