ACC meeting minutes February 13, 2013

1)                  Bob, Ron, and Mark met at board Village Inn in Monument.  Meeting was held one week later than usual because of other commitments.

2)                  Lot #20, 17745 Barrington Court.  Application for fence on NE side of house to screen parking.  Application was approved as submitted.

3)                  Met on Sunday 02/17/2013, on lot #143 to approve site for new construction.   Builder should submit drainage map.
