Meeting commenced at 6:07 pm

In attendance, Board Members John Heiser, Wayne Claybaugh, Duane Fitch, Matt Dunston, and Patrick Quinlan. Also CCC Chair Jane King.

Agenda was unanimously approved after motion by Wayne Claybaugh and second by Matt Dunston.

Minutes of the October 10, 2012 meeting approved with some revisions. Duane Fitch motions for approval and Wayne Claybaugh seconded.

Wayne Claybaugh agreed to call Dave Whitman to ask him to head the Fire Mitigation with John Anderson being responsible only for Forestry.

Fire Mitigation ideas were discussed in executive session. CCC Chair agreed to compile notes from Fire
Mitigation Session on October 18, 2012, to be submitted to Bent Tree membership.

Jane King proposed that storage costs billed by Mandi Roehrich be kept under $500. Wayne Claybaugh volunteered to store and scan files on a time available basis.

The new directory has been finished and assessments for 2013 have been mailed.

Bob Hostetler will provide a list of people who are non compliant with water augmentation.

$32.47 to Emily at Accountable Services was approved with a motion by John Heiser and second by Matt Dunston.

$538.00 to Mandi Roehrich for document preparation was approved with a motion by Wayne Claybaugh and second by Duane Fitch.

$34.36 to Steve Fuhrmann for envelop mailings was approved with a motion by Patrick Quinlan and second by Wayne Claybaugh.

The current assessment status for Bent Tree Property Owner's Association was only one current delinquent.

Summary of the Budget was presented by John Heiser which was according to State Law requirement of not more than 60 days and not less than 30 days before the annual Budget Meeting. Summary was approved with a motion by John Heiser and second by Wayne Claybaugh.

Meeting was adjourned with motion by Wayne Claybaugh and second by Matt Dunston.
