ACC meeting minutes August 8, 2012

1)                  Mark, Bob, and Ron met at board Village Inn in Monument.

2)                  815 Pebble Creek Ct.  Lot #59  Approve change request for driveway lighting with stipulations.   Lights cannot be exceedingly bright that would disturb neighbors, we recommend 25 watts or equivalent maximum.

3)                  17760 Merryhill Court, Lot #5.  Submitted picture without application to add fence alongside of driveway.  Approved but application must be given to the ACC.

4)                  Mark Wester resigned as chairman of the ACC.  Bob Brown will become chairman and Mark will remain on ACC as a voting member.
