ACC meeting minutes June 6, 2012
1) Mark, Bob, and Ron met at Village Inn.
2) No minutes were submitted for May.
3) Approve request for lot 165, 17460 Colonial Park Drive, to enclose upper deck in tempered glass. This was approved as submitted in May.
4) Approve request for lot 59, 815 Pebble Creek Court, to paint house. The request was approved as submitted.
5) Bob Brown was appointed by Mark as an ACC voting member.
6) Looked at fire pit on lot 248. The pit did not meet covenant requirements.
7) Met with residents on lot #82, 17315 Charter Pines, to consult on parking issues. ACC made suggestions and the owners should be submitting an application for their plans.
8) Met with residents on lot #37, 17760 Charter Pines, to consult on parking issues. ACC made suggestions and the owners should be submitting an application for their plans.
9) Discussed issues with lot #44, 1260 Scottswood.
10) Did walkthrough of lot #25, 17715 Radbourne. Went over plans for deck improvements. Application was approved as submitted.
11) Approve application to paint exterior of house for lot #224, 17940 Queensmere Drive. Application was approved as submitted.
