ACC meeting minutes January 11, 2012

1)            Bob, Mark, and Ron attended.   Met on Wednesday January 11, at the Village Inn restaurant in Monument.  

2)            Lot #79, 17415 Charter Pines Drive, approved three applications, tree removal, gravel on parts of lawn next to driveway, and addition to garage.

3)            Lot #59, 815 Pebble Creek Ct., approve application for roof repair/replacement, exterior paint, and tree removal.   Owners will park outside while work is performed.

4)            Lot #140, 1110 Edenhurst Ct., approve application for 12ft.  x 10 ft. shed.
