ACC meeting minutes February 1, 2012

1)            Bob, Mark, Ron.   Met on Wednesday, February 1, at the Village Inn restaurant in Monument.  

2)            Met with owners of lot 228 to discuss new house they are planning to build.

3)            Lot #79, 17415 Charter Pines Drive, approved application to stucco exterior of house.

4)            Lot #182, 17340 Colonial Park Dr., approved application for swing set in yard.

5)            Lot #11, 17715 Merryhill Ct., approve application to remove 3 trees, replace old decks, and re-stucco house.
