ACC meeting minutes January 4, 2012

1)            Bob, Mark, Ron, Duane, and Jane attended.   Met on Wednesday January 4, at the Village Inn restaurant in Monument.  

2)            Discussed the role of the ACC and how it interacts with the CCC.

3)            Decided to document the process resolving issues from start to finish.  This document will be a step by step process of the CCC roles and the ACC roles.

4)            Add Bob Brown as a nonvoting member of the ACC.

5)            Normal ACC business will be discussed next week.
