ACC meeting minutes October 12, 2011

1)            Pedro, Mark, and Ron attended.   Met on Wednesday October 12, at the Village Inn restaurant in Monument.   Meeting was a week later than usual since Mark was out of town the previous week

2)            Got notice form owners of lot# 242, 17865 Queensmere Drive that they want to screen extra car parked in the driveway.   Will visit the lot on Saturday, 10/15.

3)            Mark will contact owners of lot# 70, 1455 Royal Crest Court about parking issues.

4)            Next ACC meeting will be 7:00 pm November 2, 2011 at the Village Inn in Monument.
