ACC meeting minutes September 14, 2011

1)            Pedro, Mark, Bob, and Ron attended.   Met on Wednesday September 14, at the Village Inn restaurant in Monument.  

2)            Application for Lot# 52,1120 Scottswood Drive.  Plans showed that shed was at least 35 feet from the property line.       Approved as submitted.

3)            Application for Lot# 44, 1260 Scottswood Drive.  Owner requests approval of remodeled to convert garage into game room.  House has additional separate garage.   Request was approved as submitted.
