Special work Session with Covenant Compliance Committee

July 13, 2011

Monument Sanitation District Office, 130 2^nd St., Monument

Commence Regular Session at 3 p.m.

Board members present: Wayne Claybaugh, John Heiser, Duane Fitch, Jane King

CCC members present:  Cris Uhlenhopp, Jim Rios and Emily Vannelli (via phone)

1)        Approval of the agenda – Jane King made motion to approve agenda, seconded by Wayne Claybaugh, all in favor

2)        Excuse absences, if any – vote to excuse Mike Mastrodonato

3)        Committee Work:

a)      Covenant Compliance:  Liaison – Jane King – Jim Rios and Cris Uhlenhopp, Co-Chairs

                                                  i.      Discussed Draft version of CCC Process Manual.   Also discussed letters used for alleged covenant violations.  

4)        Action Items:

a)      Jane King to update certain sections of manual and have ready prior to next meeting.

b)      Cris Uhlenhopp and Jim Rios to update Section III C of the manual before next meeting.

c)      Cris Uhlenhopp and Jim Rios to work on letters and make changes in structure and wording.

Next meeting scheduled for July 26, 2011 at 5 pm at Monument Sanitation District Office.
