ACC meeting minutes June 8, 2011

1)            Mark Wester and Ron Restanio attended.  Met on Wednesday June 8 at the Village Inn restaurant in Monument.  

2)            Application for Lot# 114,18030 Bankhurst Ct.,  removal of sod and replace with mulch and rock.  This will reduce irrigated area to 1,904 sq. ft. Application was approved.

3)            Application for Lot# 96, 1325 Embassy Ct., for 8 ft. x 24 ft. dog run.  Split rail fence and wire.   Application was approved as submitted.

4)            Application for new house on Lot# 138, application was approved as submitted.   Need to do walk-around to verify location of house.
