ACC meeting minutes April 6, 2011

1)            Mark Wester, Pedro Canellas. and Ron Restanio attended.  Met on Wednesday April 6 at the Village Inn restaurant in Monument.  

2)            Approved application from lot #187, 17270 Colonial Park Dr., to remove some trees to improve   the view and to remove a fire hazard.

3)            Approved application from lot #108, 17030 Viscount Ct., to replace existing deck and railing.

4)            Next meeting will be the first Wednesday of the month, May 4.
