ACC meeting minutes February 9, 2011

1)            Ron Restanio, Paco Canellosa and Mark Wester attended.  Met on Wednesday at the  Village Inn restaurant in Monument.

2)            Approved application for new fence for lot #70, 1455 Royal Crest Court

3)            Received application for tree removal and mistletoe clean-up on lot #211, 17910 Queensmere Drive.   ACC decided we will do walk through of the property to see how many trees are involved.

4)            Mark will talk to the board about email etiquette.

 5)           Next meeting will be the first Wednesday of the month.
