ACC meeting minutes December 15, 2010

1)            Ron Restanio, Paco Canellosa and Mark Wester attended.  Met on Wednesday at the Monument Village Inn.

2)            Review request from lot 114.  This lot had plans approved for a boat ramp in July of 2006.

3)            Mark consulted with property owners on screening to resolve parking issues.

              ACC is waiting for plans from both owners.

4)            Need to review the rewritten Policies and Procedures to turn over to board.

5)            Mark will talk to Steve Fuhrman about completing online submission process.

6)            Next meeting will be the Wednesday before the Bent Tree board of directors meeting; January 5 2011.

7)            No new applications were submitted.
