Minutes for the BTPOA Architectural Control Committee Meeting for March 9, 2009

 
1. Meeting began at 7:20.  Mark Wester and Patrice Stevens present.  Ron Restanio absent.
 
2.  Status of request for shed to be moved on lot 198 - none
 
3.  Status on lot 80 parking issue.  Meeting was set for Friday 3/13 at 4:00 to walk the property and discuss a permanent solution.
 
4. Discussed the policies and procedures project and decided to focus on fencing only as they are currently being revised by a committee headed up by Mike Mastrodonato, board member.
 
5.  Received a request to remove trees.  Approved.
 
6. Meeting adjourned at 7:40.
