Meeting called to order at 7:20 pm. Patrice Stevens and Mark Wester in
attendance.

Discussion was held with the assembled BTPOA BOD regarding email issues
after our last attempt to send out info on Political Signs. It was
decided that Dave Nix would look into an email address for the BOD and
ACC to share so that they could send out information as need be on a
confidential distribution list

Minutes approved for July Meeting
- The window well construction on Lot 16 has exceeded
it's time limit. RedOak received a request from the owners requesting an
extension to Sept. 15, 2008. It was decided to grant the extension. It was
also discussed that permission to replace the roof had not been
requested. A letter will be sent to the owners requesting information and
reminding them of the 9/15 deadline.

The construction deposit for Lot 52 was released.

Having received numerous complaints on the No Trespassing signs on
Lot 121, and reviewing the background information
available, it was decided that the signs did not have proper approval.
A letter will be sent to the owners requesting the signs be removed.

Lot 248 requested approval to build a fence shielding a
third car from view from neighbors and the street. It was approved.
- Letters will be sent to the owners of the three lots with
new construction ongoing requesting the status of the projects.
- A blanket letter to all homeowners in Bent Tree will be sent via US Post
to remind them of their obligations under the Covenants, Codes and
Restrictions prior to the September 10th meeting.
