Monument Sanitation Board Meeting Room

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Greg Davis, at 6:45 PM.

Board Members present: Greg Davis, Matt Dunston, Deb Guillan & Mark Weidner

Brandon Ware’s Resignation was Accepted by Greg with a first, and Mark with a second. Unanimous Approval

Approval of the Agenda: Greg made a motion to approve the agenda with the addition of discussing the NEPCO request to raise their membership fee. Seconded by Deb, and approved unanimously.

ACC Report: No Report

Committee Reports:

Beautification, Trails & Roads: Deb Guillan reported Dole completed his fourth cornerstone mow, weed spraying, home front mowing & lower trail partial mow where able. Dole will get the repair started on the lower Colonial Park Trail soon.

Communications: No update

Covenant Compliance: One new concern is being addressed and a solution has been offered.

Engineering and Water Augmentation: No Report.

Forest Management: No Report.

Neighborhood Watch: No report.

Welcoming: Deb read Chuck’s report.

Board Meeting Minutes: August Board Meeting Minutes were approved. First by Greg. Seconded by Mark. Unanimous Approval with correction.

Treasurers Report: A Motion to pay the September bills was made by Mark. Seconded by Greg. Unanimous approval.

Future Meeting Schedule: Regular Board Meetings (3^rd Tuesday, 6:30 P.M., Monument Sanitation District): Oct 18th, Nov 15^th, Dec 20th. Homeowners Budget Meeting – February 16, 2017. Homeowners Meeting - September 22, 2017.
