The meeting was called to order by Board President, Greg Davis, at 6:48 PM.

Board members present: Greg Davis, Patrick Quinlan. Matt Dunston, Deb Guillan

Board member, Chuck Loeffler was absent. A motion was made by Greg, seconded by Matt to excuse Chuck’s absence and was approved by all members present.

Approval of the Agenda: Matt Dunston made a motion to approve the agenda as written. The motion was seconded by Greg, and approved unanimously.

ACC Report: Matt Dunston stated that there was one Addition going through the approval process.

Committee Reports:

Beautification, Trails & Roads: Deb and Matt will try to meet with three landscaping companies to go over landscaping needs for the community. The DaveyTree Expert Company has cleaned the cornerstones & will begin pre-emergent weed spraying between storms.

Communications: No Report or Discussion.

Covenant Compliance: No Report or Discussion.

Engineering and Water Augmentation: No Report or Discussion.

Forest Management: No report or discussion.

Neighborhood Watch: No report or discussion.

Record Keeping: No report or discussion.

Welcoming: No Report or discussion.

Accepted with Corrections. Minutes for the Annual Budget Meeting were presented. Approved by the Board.

Treasurer’s Report: Matt Dunston presented the treasurer’s Report. Two bills were presented for approval. Unanimous Acceptance
