ACC meeting minutes Oct. 01, 2014

1) Ron, Matt, Duane, Brandon at the Village Inn.

2) Approved application for pump building on lot #195.

3) 17810 Barrington Court, Lot# 57. Application to Build fence to screen trailer. Acc approved the fence but Matt was to give the application to CCC to make sure the fence would be sufficient to screen the trailer that will be parked in the spot.

4) Matt was elected Chairman, Ron is still secretary.

5) Motion was made to write more detailed regulations on what is required when using fencing to screen a vehicle.
