BENT TREE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING

AUGUST 13, 2013

MONUMENT SANITATION DISTRICT OFFICE, 130 2^nd STREET, MONUMENT, COLORADO

Meeting was called to order by President John Heiser at 6:05 pm.

In attendance were John Heiser, Matt Dunston, Duane Fitch, Patrick Quinlan, Wayne Claybaugh, Jane King, and Jim Maser.

A motion by Matt Dunston with second by Wayne Claybaugh to approve the meeting agenda was unanimously approved. A motion by the minutes of the August 13, 2013 meeting was unanimously approved with a motion by Duane Fitch and second by Wayne Claybaugh. A motion to convene an executive session was made at 6:10 pm by Patrick Quinlan and seconded by Duane Fitch.

Jane King and Jim Maser were in attendance as Covenant Compliance Chairs. Plans for a new paid Administrative Assistant were discussed with Jane King collecting applications. A motion by Patrick Quinlan with second by Wayne Claybaugh to authorized $32.70 for an advertisement in the Community News for the new Administrative Assistant.

Also Jim Maser volunteered to handle a situation of an RV parked outside for over 2 months.

A motion by Matt Dunston with second by Wayne Claybaugh to come out of executive session was unanimously approved at 7:14 pm.

A motion by Matt Dunston with second by Wayne Claybaugh to pay the final bill of $455.00 to Mandi, for her expenses and time as Administrative Assistant was approved unanimously.

A motion by Matt Dunston with second by Wayne Claybaugh to in perpetuity for the expense of the Sanitation Meeting room was approved unanimously

A motion was made by Wayne Claybaugh with second by Matt Dunston to adjourn the meeting was approved at 7:22 pm.
